Habits are natural. Creating patterns in our lives is how we establish structure to feel safe and comfortable. However, it is very easy to develop habits that negatively affect our lives. We can easily fall into routines that prevent us from taking risks or trying new things. Anxiety can be debilitating and hold us back from feeling empowered. When we choose to be courageous and tackle our anxiety, we will be able to make decisions that serve us without fear. By working with and connecting to the body we can develop strategies to work through panic attacks and feelings of anxiety.
